PDR is definitely an option. I made sure beforehand and sat with the salesman as we clicked the boxes on the order sheet. I am hoping to have one of the very few no option 1LEs. I wanted a "stripper" in hopes to have a more rare car. Might sound dumb, but that's what I wanted. My car's MSRP is the base $44,400.

I know it's an option, my car has it. My point is that every 1LE and ZL1 that has been produced to date had to have PDR optioned or they would not produce them. Do we know that that is no longer required? If it's not then you are good, but if so your order will not go to 3000 status until you add PDR to the build.

I placed my order on 03/18 for a no optioned Krypton Green SS 1LE. Went 3000 on 03/30. Moved to 3400 status on 04/04 with TPW 04/17. So they are definitely building them without PDR.

I'm honestly shocked how fast things are progressing. The way things are going I may have it in hand by the end of the month.

Well, remember that PDR is pretty much the only true factory option on these cars (and I think the hood hash mark). Everything else is LPO...

I got mine early, so I was "forced" to get PDR. I have still yet to buy a SD card and use it, and if given the choice would have not ordered it.

Maybe once I start using it, I will change my mind...probably good for resale/value though.

I LOVE the PDR and I popped my micro SD in with adapter and worked perfect the first time - sorry some are experiencing problems. For me PDR is a requirement.

Awesome! Good to see they are finally allowing non-PDR 1LEs! Also this just makes me feel that much better about paying that extra $1300 to get my car 5 months sooner haha

I ordered my Arctic White 1SS 1LE on April 17th! I only got a few small LPO's for floormats and maximum SUEDE!!! I didn't order the PDR because it finally looks like some orders are going through without it. After $3100 discount + $4000 cash credit, my total cost was $49,970 in $CAD. I don't even know my order number yet but will be asking Becky for an update once I do!

My only concern is getting the car before the end of June... The sales guy didn't seem to know much about allocation but his GM assured him that they can order the car. Another dealer told me that orders of the 2017's was ending already and there would be a few months until 2018's started. If anyone can clarify I'd appreciate it (not sure if it's different south of the border or not).

Hey, guys just an update. I spoke to me salesman Saturday and as of now my order hasn't been picked up yet. He said the factory usually picks up all dealer orders in bunches and he thinks mine should be in the next bunch this week. Crossing my fingers for a late May delivery.

Has anyone 100% confirmed you can get one without PDR now?

There was one sold in MN last week with no PDR. MSRP was 44400.

Yes... 100% confirmed that you can get the 1LE without PDR.

Yeah, I know cause I bought it. No PDR. I got it for $39,500. Just waiting to have it transported. Super excited to get it here.

Hi guys. Another update. My salesman told me yesterday that my order was still not picked up and they were told to reorder as 2018 model. He said the 2017 orders are showing up still in the system, but he's not sure they'll pick'em up. I'm kinda in limbo, not sure if my car will be built or if I have to order an 18'. Might ask them to try and swap one in at this point, but I doubt another dealer will give up a 1le and not get one back in return. I'd hate to go somewhere else to get the car, but I might have to at this point

2017 order books are closed...you will have to order and wait for a 2018.
