I'm running MT ET street R's on 305/40/18, I also ran Nitto NT555r but I didn't like them so ima either sell them or use them when my Rs are toast. My buddy runs M and H 325/40/18 with no rub on his.

He has 17" wheels so those tires don't work. I have M&H 275/40/17. They have not been to the track yet though.

I think I'm going to go with M&H 275/50/17's but these will be for the strip only. Hopefully they wont rub with my C5 Z06 wheels.

MT ET STREET R 305/45/17 out back, 28x6x17 MT STREET up front. Hook great no matter what. Don't need a big burnout to get warmed up .

I must have some special tracks around here. Everyone keeps saying you hook every time with those tires.
Ive had nights with with the 305/45/17 mts that I couldn't hook all night. Even went down to 14 psi and did a 10 second burnout. tried everything. more often than not though they work pretty good. |

I got my 1.62 from holding the brakes for just split second to keep the car from rolling forward while I smashed the gas. Like a small flash to 1500 or so. It worked a bit better than just letting off the gas and flooring it. Which will get me 1.68-1.71 typically.
what about you? |

Billet Specialties has a new 18x5 and is working on a 17x10 rear for our applications. Are you running 28" tall tires front and back?
