So bad news, I can't do the ghosted with the stock 3rd brake light, the red plastic shows through slightly (enough that I wouldn't even attempt to sell it). I will let you know if I can get the clear lens 3rd brake light and as soon as I know more I will keep you all posted. Sorry for the disappointing news, but I will keep looking for a solution.
On the plus side if anyone is interested in the tinted and painted version (pictured above) let me know. Cheers, Greg

I have 4 of the Stock OEM 3rd brake lights (red lens, the ones that come stock on the car), just waiting to be painted and tinted the color of your car :-). Let me know if you are interested.

It looks really nice on the nightfall gray because its sort of a blackout look.. Hard to picture what it would look like as hyper blue metallic because the center part is going to pop so much more.. I like the look though nice job! How much would you charge just to smoke the whole thing and no do any paint match on it ? I think that might look better on my car with the GM dark tail lights.
