Did you pull the fuse for the NPP so the flaps won't close up top?

I'll voice an amateur concern here on what you stated. Could just be me reading too much into this, but your tuner should know quickly what the low side pump is supplying. Hopefully he didn't run it lean for three hours worth of pulls. Has he done a lot of DI tunes before?

I have been down to 25psi (at 690 RWHP) and found no appreciable loss in the HP side. That being said - I was not comfortable to push it any further. Sooner or later you will reach the point where the internal inlet restrictions on the HP pump will cause you to start to lose flow. I switched to a ZL1 in-tank pump and now have 40 PSI low side at 730 RWHP.

Very little - Water/meth at a 50/50 mix and an injection rate of 500 cc/min total (250 cc/min meth) at this power level.

I was running 70/30 water/meth (as an anti-detonate - blue winshield washer stuff) up to 700 RWHP. Went to the 50/50 mix to get a bit of additional fuel to hit the 730 RWHP that I felt was needed to run a 9 sec pass.

I am already running the Lingenfelter "Big Bore" HPFP and LT4 injectors, so I have a fairly robust fuel system. I'm a fan of water injection - not meth injection. I wouldn't consider running more than 50% mix due to safety concerns.

he has been tuning lt4's since they came out and he owns a 2014 c7 z06 7speed manual and his wife has a cts-v and both cars have been modified so I don't think he is a rookie he has a good rep tuning vettes ,Camaros, Cadillac's so yes he has done lots of DI'S my car would be his first 6th gen zl1 would it should be similar to the c7 z06's and cts-v's

update on my tuning issue my old tuner Jeremy Formato from fasterproms sucks at tuning 6th gen zl1"s ,I took my car to REDLINE MOTORSPORTS and they were able to properly tune my car the ,they pulled the files on the car and the tuning was all jacked up,car was running way too rich and misfiring like crazy that my new tuner had to flash the car back to stock and start from scratch , so now the car is running as it should .

Good to hear that you finally got it sorted out. I'm beginning to see a pattern here in that there are tuners that can do a fairly good basic tuning if there isn't a major deviation. And then there are those tuners that truly understand what's going on with these new generations of ECMs and DIs and can work all of the tables to extract best performance safely.

I have decided that any tuning done on my Camaro will be done by someone other than me and who is very well proven. Tuning the Audi was bad enough, but I just don't have the time to climb the learning curve again.
