Is there a way to get red calipers on the 2017 ZL1?

In my opinion the silver is much nicer than a red.

Reach out to TPH Coatings--he has done a lot of powdercoating of calipers for members on this forum. He also has a core exchange program--not sure if he had the ZL1 calipers available for core exchange.

Here is the thread with pics & contact info:

To each their own, but the silver is so plain to me.

I think they're a little plain too. I'll eventually be doing red. Can't decide if I want to have them powder coated or if I want to go with a G2 kit.

But the 1LE calipers when they come out. That's what I'm going to.

That's fine, Do what makes YOU happy...lol
If these covers take a crap, I'll do the G2 paint kit. Just way to much going on (work) with this car to get involved with the brakes.

Ugh sorry about that. No offense of course. . Doing this on my phone and your pic didn't show up the first time. Definitely to each their own. I just like the lines of the raw caliper. The color it adds though is still an improvement!

I'm not a fan of the covers either, I've owned the same ones and long-term they rattle and hold heat and crud. It's so easy to do a G2 paint; they come out looking perfect and you can get the decals on eBay. Hit them with a shot of clear to set/protect the decals.
