Tire replacement

Happy Easter all! I have about 12K miles on my 2016 2SS and it appears I have a leak in one of the rear tires. I must have ran over a nail or something as it will drop from 35psi to 15 psi in about a day. Anyway, I am not sure how long the 275/35/R20s last relative to treadware but should I replace both rear tires if they are unable to patch these "run-flats"? Any suggestions on a tire(s) replacement relative to brand is appreciated. Thanks!

mine lasted 12,500. I just had mine replaced yesterday with continental extremecontact dws06. Yes i went non runflat but the feeling and road noise changed a lot. I'm not pedal to medal yet, so i went 245 - 275.
