Good thing I saw this post. I had the same issue when I called to remove my old car and when SiriusXM called to extend the service. They said I had only 3 months. I went to the dealer and we called the XM's Dealer center. After the salesman gave them a dealer code they said I already had the 12 month service. What a waste of time. Two times they told me I had 3 months of service. One hand doesn't work with the other.
