Interesting side note, got it for $3500 off without really trying.

I was up early this morning, comparing finance options. TrueCar kept popping up, I've seen the commercials but... Anyway, figured what the heck, signed up (free) and started looking around.

Discovered the dealer I had ordered mine from is a TrueCar "affiliate".

Hmmmmm.

I know mines been listed in their inventory since a few days after it was built, so searched a bit in the TrueCar app, and presto, there it was, with a TrueCar guaranteed price $3500 and change below MSRP. They sent me an email within seconds guaranteeing the price.

When I ordered the car I made no deposit, signed no deals. The understanding was we'd work an appropriate $ when the car delivered.

Told the sales guy when we went to pick the car up about the activity with TrueCar and the dealers Internet rep, I expected the $1000 GM discount plus the additional $2500+ as per TrueCar.

At first, the sales guy told me the $1000 break didn't apply in our market; not true, then asked me to email the TC offer to him. He went to see the boss and presto, got a new, custom spec'd Camaro for $3500 off MSRP.

My dealer activated OnStar for me today and I was able to register with it. It's not able to retrieve any information on my car though. Dealer also sent me the event history and my car last had a "bayed" update status on the 7th. So I'm guessing 4 days ago means the OnStar isn't active until they turn it on and move it again. But yeah I'm still up at Lansing....at this rate I may need to consider May Incentives hah.

Today is a bummer... My car was loaded to a semi car hauler this morning at 7am. Since I only live like 1.5 hours away, I get all set to go buy the car.... Dealer tells me its on the way... So now I start checking my onstar and it is on its way. Then at about 15 miles away I see the truck make a turn. I am like what the.... So since 945am till now 130pm it has been in the back of a junkyard for semi's... Kinda Scary...

I Just want my car... it has been almost a year....

Mine to. We are on the same delivery truck according to JCT Pals Portal.

Going from Lansing to New Boston,MI rail yard.

You can view the delivery receipt on their website with all the vin numbers.
They are calling are cars 2SS for some reason. I think they have arrived at the rail yard.

Well mine was built on the 31st, two days after yours, so hopefully mine will move in the next two days. Right now onstar shows nothing, dealer event history has nothing since the 7th, and palsapp shows null. UGH.
