I just ordered a cquartz kit that was on sale at autogeek today. It is safe to use on stripes. Actually looks easy to apply with proper prep work. It will give me a job to do on my four day weekend coming up.

What does this product cquartz do for the stripes, wax and shine?

YouTube has videos on it. It will probably turn the stripes one shade darker. People even use it on matte black stripes.

I had stripes on my 5th Gen. I did nothing special other than putting wax on them as when waxing the whole car. Put wax on the car maybe 2x a year. Owned the car new for 6 years. Never had any issues or wear with the stripes in all the years I owned. They are 3M stripes and hold up well if applied correctly.

Has anyone used the 303 aerospace product? Reviews have all been been pretty positive, but nothing like hearing from someone who uses it....

303 is OK for exterior items, but it really works well on the interior. I have used it for years on boat vinyl which is exposed to the elements, and it needs to be refreshed about every 60 days. You're better off using any wax or seal if you like, don't polish.
