I'm in Southern California, and my status is 4800, as of today. I realize this is a day behind, so hopefully I'll be getting the call very soon. This comes from GM Chat. I had asked Becky late this morning, then remembered her trip to Indianapolis, so went to GM Chat. Now got it from Becky.

... and so I'm back to "bayed," haven't even left Lansing yet. Can't imagine what could make this take so long to merely get away from the factory.

Me too. Our cars are probably sitting together. Onstar did reactivate for me so I'm assuming it was moved for some reason but it got parked in the same place.

I was looking at the invoice papers the dealer gave me Saturday and there were some dates on it. Well one of them was 4/13/17 and I believe that is when it will arrive at the Westfield rail yard off of the Hardy toll road. So have your dealer put a hot rush on the pickup and the truck service will get it faster. I'm thinking mine will be ready Saturday if the sales person puts in for the rush pickup like he said he would. But let's put it this way, it took him 4 days to setup my Onstar and I had to call him.

Well the sales manager said he had an expected delivery date to the dealer of 4/12-4/19. I don't trust anything they say, because they have been no help. I will call them and have them put a rush on delivery and see what they say. I am sure it will be next week before I receive mine. They told me they could not set up Onstar. As it was against GM policy.

Well, I was going to blame all those ZL1 A10s for muscling all the LTs & SS's off the trains (admittedly, you HAVE been waiting just a little longer - like two months! - than I have!), but in that case I guess not. Maybe we can blame having to move those hundred magnificent looking Indy Pace cars for taking up all the trucks and rail cars?

Either way, sure hope they move them out soon.

After being produced on April 3rd, mine is sitting in Lansing on a "quality hold". Dealer said that could be 1 week or 6 weeks. He has no info and no-one to talk to about it.

Frustrating....

according to Becky as of today I am 4200 on a train head to the northeast. I am awaiting info from deal to get rail car #. shouldn't be long now.

Where are you purchasing from?. If turning on Onstar was against policy then there is a lot of dealerships that are in trouble. Sounds like there full of crap too. Well I just got a text from my sales guy asking ME if I knew where my car is. Priceless. Lol. Well if yours is on the same train then I will update here in this thread and when it gets to Houston I'll PM you. As of now it is South of little Rock and still moving. There is a railyard there and I figured it was going to stop there, but it did not.
