Here is why I NEED a supercharger.

I just hit 1500 miles, got an oil change and ran it to 60. I got 6.0 and a 5.9. I just did a DA calc and I currently make 62.9% of sea level HP. Six seconds times the loss multiuer is a 3.8 zero to sixty so the car isn't broken. High DA bites.

My 335i was a turd in Colorado Springs. Didn't expect that with a FI car.

Best case scenario is about 460 or so whp with the Whipple. That is mych better than the 300 or so I have now.

Supercharger, or better yet Twin Turbo knocking on your door, so you can adjust boost precisely.

Most of my cars have been twin turbo. They are great at altitude. I want seat of the pants fast this time rather than a 1/4 mile monster.

Best case scenario with a SC at your altitude on the Stock engine and fueling, is 575 final real WHP before corrections. You would be doing 3.8 - 3.9 Sec. to 60 MPH right there, just don't travel to lower elevations as that, or you'll have too much boost.

Yes you do and here is why. Look at my stats. The Maggie is the best buy for the buck. Don't need a converter, instant boost and easy to tune. I love mine and ask HVR who lives in Colorado and making about 700 rwhp. Its a bad boy.

Yeap, a pulley swap and tune would put me close to sea level levels but restrict the car to higher elevation. I plan to run the stock canned tune for now and get a tune later with headers and intake. Maybe a cam if i need it. But mid 400hp vs low 300hp will be night and day.

Isn't that a root charger? (Eaton)
