Hello - I've joined in a bit late and seemingly missed out on the 2017 allocation (all 50 of them!). Has anyone started to put a deposit down for a 2018?

I'm trying to locate a high volume dealer that is likely to have an allocation but it seems it's very early days for confirmation. Any thoughts or folks in a similar position? I'm in the GTA with a few dealer saying they'll be happy to take a deposit.. but based on the 2017 situation I don't think it's $ well spent.

Have to wait. 2018 order does not start until 4-13. What that means for us Canadians.

We will need someone who can talk to GM management and find out their plan for Canada.

I would hope there would be no restrictions.

I know many of the Calgary dealers already have a waiting list for 2018 with deposits. Calgary received 3 cars for 2017. Hard to say how may 2018 will bring?

I managed to get one the other day RED HOT A10, ,she's in our shop now, but it was purchased from an Eastern Dealer, so I had to pay the extra freight,

All good, now to start playing with the HP upgrades, going to baseline it in the next few days.

Octaneman, are you planing to take it to the track? If yes, what is the closest decent track to Calgary? I am itching to take mine to the track and let it rip, but the closest track I know is in B.C.

Corbu........Ya no tracks around Calgary to test our cars out on. Always talk about building a track but our cars will be antiques my the time a track is ever built.

May do some drag race stuff at castrol, not sure yet, - plan on doing some upgrades right away and see where it take us, going to dyno it next week.
