just to hop in here with an update, i made about 9.5-10ish psi on my dyno runs
D1sc, 4.25 pulley (careful this eats some hood insulation just an FYI) and stage 2 intercooler with the standard bypass. |

I am running the D1SC with no aftermarket cam and my tuner said I was closer to 11+psi at the rev limiter with a 4.5" pulley. I want to install a 3 bar MAP sensor and boost gauge to get an idea of what boost I'm producing across the powerband when I'm driving around. I am not sure what kind of sensor he used but I think his numbers were a tad optimistic, at that kind of boost I would expect to see more power than what I am currently putting down, as Procharger mentioned earlier in the thread there are so many factors that go into these figures, even if we have the same setup I am sure we could read different number every time to hit the dyno.
