Flex Fuel Kits - now pressure tested

In an effort to continually improve our products we are now pressure testing all of our flex fuel assemblies prior to shipping. All AN fittings are pre-tightened and should NOT be loosened or tightened prior to installation.

This is a pre-emptive decision to ensure our customers have an issue free experience.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us!

Thank you,
Tim

Mine looked pre tightened and had marks on them. I ordered a couple months ago. They were still in line for install didn't touch them.

I didn't feel comfortable putting too much torque on the retainers with delicate looking threads. It's not leaking seems good so far.

I sent you my stock tune file today anxious to get tuned and hit the track !

The retainers don't need much torque at all. Just snug them up.

I am focusing on tunes today!

Thank you,
Tim

I'm getting my kooks LT headers installed on Monday. Can you send me a picture of a safe spot to weld the bung for AEM wideband sensor?

Is this someting we should check when installing an older assembly?

Nope! Just triple check everything after installation whether it has been pressure tested or not. It's the wise thing to do.

If one of our assemblies has a legitimate issue out of the box we will take care of it. If the fittings are tore up from someone wrenching on them then we may have to charge for the replacement.

Thank you,
Tim
