So, what are your thoughts on turning a NA track car into an FI car? Sounds like you won't be tracking it right?
How much weight does a procharger add up front? What do you think about this NA option from Lingenfelter: 600 BHP 500 Lbs ft of torque Package includes: Engine removal, inspection and cleaning for assembly Lingenfelter CNC ported & polished LT1 cylinder heads Hollow stem 2.13-inch intake valves, 1.59-inch diameter exhaust valves Three angle valve job, hand blending of valve seats CC chambers, surface, set spring heights and assembly Lingenfelter dual valve springs, titanium retainers, 10 degree locks Lingenfelter Aggressive Idle hydraulic roller camshaft by Competition Cams Ported & polished throttle body High Flow Green Air Filter All necessary gaskets, fluids & bolts Professional assembly & engine installation Custom engine control module reprogramming Chassis dyno testing before & after installation Excellent drivability, highway mileage not adversely affected Lingenfelter 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty Lingenfelter certificate of authenticity Lingenfelter chrome fender badges, interior badge & personalized stainless engine badge Four wheel alignment, cleaning & detailing, full tank of 93 Octane fuel before delivery Keeps it NA is the plus I suppose - regardless of tracking or not. I'm also considering the ADM Stage 3 LT4 kit - but again, I'm not sure I want to turn an NA into FI. I'm not a gearhead so I can't do all the work, would have to shop it.

I agree with what you are saying.
I was more coming at it from a 1LE track purists' point of view. The ZL1 1LE has a lot of extra cooling for the track to overcome heat soak. I am for sure not against turning a 1LE FI, i'm not a purist by any stretch of the word. Good luck with the build!

Thinking about ordering an Anderson Composites carbon fiber hood in the future. What do you guys think about the one that looks like the ZL1 hood? Also, if I did get the new hood, would anyone want to buy my 1/LE hood wrapped with the 1/LE hash mark? Just wondering.
