I have a set of those ready to install as soon as the weather gets a little better. Do you think there is any chance they could fall off while driving. I mean, how securely do those set screws hold. Thanks.

They're pretty secure. I added some loctite for extra insurance.

This was the first thing I did. They do fit on as tight as you crank down on the Allen wrench. I rubbed the threads with anti seize compound mixed with a little oil. Run the threads in and out a few times to lube them up. Also dab a bit on the end of the set screw where it clamps down on pinch weld. This will minimize your time under the car with the jack pad three inches from your face. I, also have some trouble getting under the car so if you are going to be jacking up your car a lot put a small piece of painters tape under rocker panel where just visible and center it up with your jack pad so you can easily line it up without getting on your knees. I also paint a line on the jack and line up the paint mark with rocker panel to get the jack under the car just the right distance. No more getting on your knees, at least not for jacking.

Also the instructions say to retighten after jacking a few times. Each have two set screws and should be fine. I'm not worried.

I thought the same thing and thought how bad it would be for this block of metal to become detached, hit the ground, then the underside, then the ground and start its bouncing. Not good, this is not good in my Goose to Maverick voice!

No I do believe these set screws will hold the jack pads in place. I ensured that I they were flush to the underside of the body while in position of the pinch weld. I laid all I had into tightening them up and went over them twice. I will set I had the set screws set in such a way that when I pushed them into place they just barely pushed on to the pinch weld bit I heard them slam up against the body and it gave me less to tighten in the laying down position with the set screws on the other side of my direct view but I set up a mirror to help with that.

Yea, that's why they have set screws to secure them. Otherwise you could buy the magnetic one that has the red flag to remind you to remove it before driving. These that I have stay on which which makes it convenient since you have to have these.

Kinda like the fact you can have these screwed in place and not have to worry about taking it on and off. Another addition to my list

FWIW - and don't ask me how I know - the magnets on these are pretty strong by themselves let alone with the set screws. After a 50 mile round trip I know for a fact a magnetic jack puck will not fall off.
