You're right. I take it back. Most are trouble free and extremely reliable. I'd get one now before they all get snatched up!

Hey, it's a serious concern. Remember the 2016's were initially being delivered with uneven paint on the trunk hinges. The humanity.

Or my '17 that made it 50 miles before dumping all its coolant on the road.
Then 3 days later I pick it up from the dealer and the coolant is on the ground before I even drove off.

GM quality
GM service

Roll the dice.
They set the bar low.

Haha. Sorry to say but former. Put almost 100k on my 2 Birds though. I quit riding in 2013. Blackbirds were the best bikes I ever rode. I'm sure you can relate?

I'm sorry to laugh...but the reality is what you just stated, sarcastically.

I don't say that to demean your experience - it sure does suck...but I've had 2 5th gens, driven dozens, and driven a good number of 6th gens as well as I am ordering a ZL1 1LE as soon as 2018 ordering opens up...all have been pretty flawless, and of the problems I have encountered, they were were rectified quickly, professionally, and I left a happy camper.

Moreover, there's a thread around here lately, where someone's engine sh!t the bed on track, and they're replacing it, in a relatively timely manner...

So again, sorry I laughed...but I can't help myself sometimes when a person with a bad experience (truly does suck, and I'm sorry for that...), tries to generalize the entire brand as sucky, or in your case "a roll of the dice"...when that's not true.

That's all.

we can all point fingers as to why cars aren't selling and why sports cars aren't selling and why a 2 seater camaro that should appeal to a young generation isn't selling like it should.

But one thing that you can't argue with is that advertising is important for all the people who dont know what they want (i know, i dont understand these people either). The camaro has had basically no advertising outside of transformer movies and those god awful real people (real tools) commercials.

maybe people in Chevy need to have their marketing department watch some Dodge commercials ...or hell.. just re-shoot their old commercials with the new car and call it a day. https://youtu.be/_q4TEGZkIBA

Appalling 237 Day Supply of Camaros on Dealer Lots

So much for trading my 2016 2SS in on a ZL1. It's lost too much value. :(

I have to laugh too because it's FAR from only me, there are a multitude of issues that don't get solved quickly or professionally or at all, and you've never owned a 6th gen; which is painfully obvious.

10 months and 8,800 miles on mine. Zero issues and my local dealer treated me like a king last week when they did the transmission line mount recall even though I bought it form an out state dealer (Rodgers). They even drove me to work and picked me up.
