Recently noticed tire pressure reading are different everyday, sometimes it start with random low numbers in 220, 230's and sometime it shows more in 240,s .. Just wondering is it because of winter and temperature up and downs or simply monitoring devices went bad ?

is this consistent between all your tires? If so, I would guess fluctuating temperatures. If only 1 tire is going up and down, then I think it would need a further look.

I had posted a question the other day since I noticed my readings were in the low 200s, even though I had just picked it up from the dealer and the gauge at the air pumps showed it was higher. I've since put them ~250 each and while there is a little variance, it never moves more than 10-15 from cold start to cold start. I keep mine in the garage, so I have less variance due to outside temps.

Yeah thats actually not much of a change, probably just temperature.
Your talking 32psi to 35psi.
