I purchased these GM "Fifty" floor mats and the orange piping around the outside edge is folding up to where it is stitched on the outside of the piping. Doesn't look good at all. It's mostly on each side. I wanted these instead of the Lloys because I liked the decorative piping and the Lloyds doesn't have it. These mats are only 2 months old., Anyone else have this issue?

My GM Fifty mats aren't holding up great either. Bought them for the same reason.

Same here, my 5th gen mats were great and these are horrible. Mine are doing the same thing. I'm already looking at the Lloyd mats because the mats are wearing so quickly.

Dang. Sorry to hear that everyone.

I run weathertech mats most of the time in mine unless I'm at a cruise in or car show, then I use the GM Fifty mats. I like the looks of the GM ones vs the Llyod ones.

I may go to the dealer and see if they will replace them. I know the new ones will probably do the same but at least GM will know they are selling a bad product. My wife has volunteered to sew the piping all the way around the mats if they don't replace them.

I got mine for "show" as well. I still have the factory mats and they're showing some wear where my heels rest. Looking to get either the WeatherTech or Husky. Kinda depends on my mood at the time I buy them.

I got a back up set of GM fifty mats, got the same ones in the car I use all the time. Only wear is were my aggressive pedal heel rests. Car has just below 2100 miles.

I may get a pair of weather tech as they are top notch. Wife has them in her Impala, I was impressed when they arrived.

Here also. The GM FIFTY mats will never be "used", they are for shows only. They just get layed out on top of the factory mats after it's parked. One of those "yah, ok" dealer extras I probably would not have ordered, but I'm now glad I have them. Much better than a $90 cargo net, or a $500 car cover that I don't need.
