3300 = Order Selected and Scheduled for Production by Assembly Plant
3400 = Order Broadcasted for Production (Internal Plant Order Produced)

It's a progression in the build process....
...Each step becomes more stable.

Next for you is 3800 and above...

Event History - on the order and get
the rail car # & call for location.
Base on their experience...that would give them an idea of time...
