Hey,

Does anyone know where I can purchase a front splitter for 2016 Camaro SS for around $300ish CAD(including tax/shipping).

There are many sites online that are selling them, however they are all in US dollars. The conversion rates plus shipping increases the total price to $400+.

I really like the Street Scene Front Splitter.

You can use ' LETHAL 5 ' for 5% off at phastek which sells all the splitters....shipping is another issue though....cost me almost $50 for tints and a catch can and I'm just accross the border.
Also for larger items consider shipping to" US address " or another such place in new york and picking it up.

orrr.. set an address up with a cross border courier service. I use one in Mississauga - everything gets shipped to N.Falls and they clear it, bring it, all legit with duties taxes etc. Their fees are really very cheap.

Cross border pick ups. That's the one I use. Cheap and easy.
I have done tires and some small items like a blackout kit.
Free shipping to niagara falls and Cost $7 to pick it up in Mississauga (blackout kit)

As for a $300 splitter...not gonna happen with a 35% exchange rate.

Ya if your closer to the GTA would be the way too go. Either way exchange is gonna add $100 give or take... we definitely get screwed from that angle at the moment. Let us know if you find a better solution!

I think I am gonna get a custom front splitter done by ZSplitters. They are located in the GTA.

Will let you know soon how much they charge and how it looks.

Its insane for me to drop an extra $150+ for the exchange rates/shipping for a $250 product.

UPDATE:

So I found this website online autoanything.com and it was selling the Street Scene splitter for USD$249.00. It included a 20% off promotion and FREE shipping, so the total came up to USD $199.00.

In Canadian dollars the total comes up to $278!

So I did what M.A.K, Homer2 and BradfordCamaro told me to do; to sign up for an US address using cross border pickups!

Since this is a large item, my fee will cost me $15.

I am pretty sure CBP will ask me to pay the taxes for the splitter so the total will come up to CAD$314 plus their fees which is $15.. for a grand total of CAD$330!

Now I am waiting for them to ship it to my US address. Hopefully it arrives soon.

Thank you MAK, Homer and Bradford for the idea of setting up an US address!

Hope it all works out.
They are pretty fast. Usually get the arrival notice the same day they get it in Niagara falls. Then could be 2-3 days until it gets to Mississauga.
