Those instructions made that look dramatically easier than I envisioned it. Which means if I were to tackle this myself, it would likely take me exponentially longer--regardless of the experience I have with doing 5th gens.

That's always my experience. Took me a week to install headers on my first Camaro!


Think you'll pay up dyno charts etc?

Lol I see you making use of that MWR auto skills shop Did you do a tune or just driving it on stock tune? How does it drive? From start to finish how long did it take? My shop is only open on Friday and Saturday for like 5 hours at a time and there is always a line -.-

Drove it home with factory tune and drove fine. No CEL either. installing e85 and cai today and then tune . I started a little after 5 and was driving at 8pm.

what did you do about bolts going into the heads? I've always replaced the header bolts when doing anything exhaust, but it looks like the kooks dont come with them. Should I get bolts from Chevy? or just reuse

What did you torque the head bolts to? And do you have a link to the instructions for install? I can only find the sw instructions online.
