Anyone heard anything about these long tube headers?

Has anyone heard any plans on Texas Speed, stainless power, or speed engineering releasing long tube headers for the 6 gen? I have only been able to find 5th gen headers from them. Thanks for any info.

Local shop and I have talked about them for mine. They are working out some details from what the shop said. Planning on doing them on mine. The shop has put them on the C7s and like them... Sorry for not having more details...

Thanks for the info. Seems some of the aftermarket parts have been slow to release for the 6 gen.

Those companies usually take a known good design, then reverse engineer and build from it.

So I'd say you're probably going to wait a little while.

Cool, I plan on doing headers next year. I wanna do them as a package with other engine mods. Im thinking there will be well developed kits by then. Although JDP and Lingenfelter both have nice kits now... Plan to have a good tax return next year and warranty will be close to being up. Not to mention I wanna make sure this new engine is gtg

Shiiiiiit - I might cancel my Kooks order if they launch a set of catless 2in headers.

Don't blame you waiting to see how well these engines last with mods etc...

I assume they'll have 1 7/8, and 2in just like their other sets currently available. I'm waiting on theirs to hit the market. I've personally used them on several of my builds and have yet to be disappointed and have made me not justify the price upgrade of other brands

We recommend Kooks as they are proven to work good on these cars and fit well. If you have any questions, call me @ 443-730-9428
