Ok, I am really disappointed in OnStar - both the MyChevrolet app and Family Link show my car back at Charlotte, MI. Either my car has been recalled for some reason (it looked like it got to Hammond, IN yesterday) or it never really left Charlotte, or OnStar is completely inaccurate. My best hope at this time is that something is now blocking the signal (another car loaded on top of mine?) and it is still on the move, but I just can't track it this way anymore. Obviously the worst-case scenario is that it was recalled for some reason... I had a lot of faith in the technology to help track the car, but it looks like it's not going to work out that way.

I have asked my dealer to try to confirm if it has shipped, and provide a railcar # so I can possibly track it "the old-fashioned" way. Per Becky's check this morning, I was still at 4B00, but since it didn't seem to start moving until Sunday afternoon it may just be that it won't change until it updates overnight tonight.

The reason I say this is if you go to the Jack Cooper site and pull my vin in it just says pending all of y'alls has a destination and delivered date.

You were moved to another lot - for staging of shipping...
4200 / 4300 Status.

Then...
4B00 Status Bayed ="Parked"

If loaded - Saturday or Sunday -
I will "see" Status change...tomorrow.

The OnStar ..will "timeout" and will refresh upon vehicle start-up.

Jasp, I am so sorry you seem to be stuck at LGR - I think you are right about everyone else at least hopping a truck to the railyard (or in a couple of cases all the way to the dealer!) - I thought I was the last one when I moved on 2/27. I have been going nuts waiting to be shipped, but I think I have seen some progress - if I was in your position I would be going absolutely crazy! I am assuming your dealer is in Florida and you are not close enough for a truck-only delivery (the only reason I would accept for not being transferred to the railyard by now).

OnStar has me back in Indiana again, so I am really hoping that the bounce back to Charlotte was just a glitch because it couldn't maintain contact. It shows the same railyard, but a slightly different location - seems to be a less crowded area, so maybe the signal just wasn't getting through. Maybe I will get another pleasant surprise in the morning

I hope you get some good news soon - I'm up and down (patience has never been my strong suit ), but at least I seem to be moving.

And I wish I was patient enough to take mlee's advice and not look at it for a few days!

Where is mlee, anyways? Oh, I know - he can't tear himself away from the new toy he picked up today!!

We will catch up with him eventually, but in the meantime...

Ha, ha! Yeah, but your car was built almost 3 weeks after ours! I really hope you don't have to wait as long as we have, but if you get yours before Jasp is even shipped then I can understand why that might make him crazy!

It always seems to take forever after you get your VIN. First you think, "It's built! Yea!", but that quickly turns into "but when can I HAVE it?!?" LOL

Here's hoping that we all get our cars soon!
