Website upload feature

I've been delinquent on getting some things done with the website I've wanted to do. One of the features I just implemented is a file upload feature for stock tune reads and scanner logs.

If you need to supply any files to me you can use this feature. It will automatically put the files on to the Dropbox account for EFI Tuning LLC. This will be preferred over email.
