they should re design the center console so I dont have to touch my elbow to the ceiling when opening it from the driver seat. Am I seriously the only person that has this problem?

One note - I got the blackout kit for the 3rd brake light and rear reflectors. The rear reflector ones work nice. But, the 3rd brake light one . . . I don't like. It covers most of the light. But, since the light is slightly raised above the metal of the car, there are some areas that it just doesn't cover.

I think I'm going to remove the brake light and paint it with some of that tinting spray. But, I need to look and see if there is a clear-lens replacement first.
The light is hitting the back fender just right.

1 different brake pads that will not make the dust levels of the current ones .
2. do a bold color for all models like the green 1le
3 redo the the dash and consul ( the radio reminds me of the early 80s unit that had the tape player put in the center as an after thought) , make the consul storage area usable for more then a compact 9. and if your going to make the consul out of hard plastic make it a smooth piece not some leather looking textured hard plastic . I like the gauge cluster but find the huge bump above it completely unwanted and unnecessary .and the last dash bit dont hide things that are needed out of sight line . like the start/stop button and the brightness switch !
4 and im sure it can be done without a full restructure of the car but yes make the trunk opening more usable . its a good size trunk but you just can not get anything in or out of it due to the size of it !

If the refresh for the 5th gen ruined it but yet sold 86,297 cars , what did the all new 6th gen do for the camaro by only selling 72,705 ?

Don't change anything, this is one is perfect. Hopefully I'd have enough saved before the refresh.

I'd like them to design the front turn signals somewhere else besides in the headlight module so that the eyebrow LEDs don't turn off when the turn lights are on. Hate that and got the harness to "fix" that.

Front camera would be nice.

Excuse my lack of Photoshop skills, but here's 2 concepts I made for what I'd think would be a sweet front end for next refresh or gen

I haven't made the leap to 6 gen yet. Besides it being a terrible financial decision, I don't have any real complaints about the car. I think they look nice in certain colors and wheels combos. The interior is kinda an odd mismatch of designs but it looks ok I guess. Oh would be cool to have some more color choices like orange!

Larger trunk opening and redesign the center console. The current driving mode switch location and design allow it to be easily accidently changed. Console storage is also too small.

Yes, a side opening console is needed for sure.

I noticed the driving mode switch problem you mentioned too. When I first got the car I was accidentally changing driving modes multiple times every trip. I've even bumped the traction control by mistake a few times.

A quick fix here might be to raise the bezel around the switches.

I do that all the time. I would like a redesigned center console that can hopefully be easily swapped into the previous 6th gens.
