Seriously Interested in a new ZL1

Has any forum member bought one yet? I'm curious as to whether dealers are playing "market adjustment" price games similar to markups I've seen on GT 350 Mustangs.

Do NOT play their games regardless, MSRP or below or I'd walk. Period. Don't let them play a game with your money for a vehicle that's not in limited production this year, even if this is the "Fifty" year.

It's not as big of a problem in the Camaro world but there are dealers that will mark up.

It is, however, pretty easy to find those that don't.

The dealer was asking $8K over MSRP or something. With a small amount of negotiating, purchased mine for exacltly MSRP. I suspect better deals can be had if your willing to haggle. Find one you like, pick the OTD price you are willing to pay, get approved on financing so they know your are serious, stick to your guns and see what happens.

When I drive the car I'm thinking I practically stole it. I drive fast because I'm convinced the dealer is somewhere back behind me trying to get the car back. He'll never catch me though!!!

Heck most dealers are accepting Supplier Pricing on these so it's 2,500 below MSRP.

Some dealers here in Florida are discounting them thousands of dollars.
