The tips may stick out too far if you didn't cut the factory pipes in the right place after the secondary cats. Then you also have to use a rubber hammer or a 2x4 and a hammer to seat all of the slip fit sections all the way. Every section you put on needs to be tapped into place. If you did not do this then I imagine your tips would stick out. Mine stick out just a tad further than the factory tips which is how they are designed to fit. I like the look.

Tips fit perfectly, you need them installed properly.

Exactly but that lower price draws them in... then they would never admit they made a mistake..

So I had another chance to be on All Girls Garage well I didn't this time but the car did lol. The producer called me I'm the go to guy for camaros now lol. Any way he wanted a ZL1 and mine to show off the borla sema products. But he also told me to have an SS on standby just incase... why you ask, just because the ATAK or any of the system will bolt on weather it's a Zl1 or ss Borla won't do it. At least not with out testing and R & D. They know that a blower, different cam, or different compression will change the exhasut notes or other things or could casue other issues. Borla goes the extra mile in R & D to make the best possible product. I had it on my 4th gen, I have it on my 5th gen, and now my 6th gen. That's 20 plus years of using there products! If ya don't believe look at the part numbers for other companies you will see the zl1 and ss are the same kits.

Btw we have had the R and d kit on for a year now and 15k miles.. No problems at all, no drone, no vibrations. The modes track, ice, touring, and sport all working perfectly. .

Thanks David for producing such an amazing product and allowing us the opportunity to be the first owners of the ATAK system for the 6gens.

I see your in houston can't believe we haven't crossed paths. *I do just about every event in houston with the Htown camaro club. *Track days, dyno nights, car shows, HPD events, coffee n cars, ride n shine.. you name it..Being a member of the club not just Facebook member really pays for it self.. it opens doors to big discounts and rest service at some of the best speeds shops, parts places places like phastek performance, oricale lighting, automotive apereal for clear bra and paint correction.. you name we have a shop w a discount in Houston. * Where I'm going with this is one of our sponsor shops would most likely through it on the lift and help you out heck if I still had my lift I would pop it on see if anything looked outta place.. pipe connection, leaky weld, clamp fitment..ect..


We have some cool things coming up chevy corvette show in Galveston March 10 -12th.. Texas camaro revolution in San Antonio April 7th -9th, kehma kidz harbor charity car show, chicken run in May, and of course in July CAMARO FEST in Kentucky. * All of these event we travel to in Huge camaro vans 100 deep most of the time to the events then we relax and hang out at the event together really a lot of fun.

Could be I have had it on a year no problems.. If you have that VW Beatle sound I would say yes. You should be able to see stains from any leaking areas from condensation draining that will be the sign.. if you have headers I would start there. Mike should be able to help you out over there not my favorite shop but do good work.

sounds normal to me now that i see this video
