What's happening on the rear quarter panel of the car? Dirty or swirls, or weird light?

a little bit of both ... yeah DOF is pretty shallow , looks pretty good all blown up , adds some depth to the photo. The whole pupose of shooting wide open was to blow out the trees in the background .. just playing around with things a bit. I have a few also stopped down but haven't exported them from lightroom.

Its the 6 piston brembo upgrade which is only standard on the 1LE's I think.
