2017 ZL1 back up camera
Is there an issue with this?

I have the driver's seat adjusted to it's highest point and have no problems seeing the backup display on the MyLink screen. Quite honestly, I'm thrilled the grid lines are back. Didn't have them on my '13 and it was kind of a pain to backup and judge the car inside the lines.

I think the interviewer was mistakenly referring to the MyLink infotainment screen as "the backup camera screen"...goofball.
It's canted slightly down to reduce glare from the windows, as the screen has a gloss finish, rather than the matte/satin finish as in the 2013-2015 cars. Some people find this annoying...most don't. There's no "problem"... At worst, it's a preference...sounds to me like the reporter was trying to push an agenda...

There are better solutions to glare than the tilt down. However, I'm willing to deal with the provided solution. Owners will live.
