My car has a build date of 10/16/16. The dealer received an in transit notification on 10/24/16, and the car finally arrived at the dealership on 11/10/16. I assume these time frames are typical.

MIND got pick up in NJ went TO 3000 in a week WHITE convertible 6speed they said saw a sold order and took it they had 2 for feb 9 to order so they might have one left Schumacher chevrolet. ask for JIm P sold me mind Robert C

My order did not get picked up hyper blue convertible A10, carbon fiber hood, nav, etc - dealer said let's see what happens next round. I'm not in a hurry, but would just like to know a date when it's coming even if it's May.

Cant it still get picked up thru Tuesday? Isn't that the end of the window for it being accepted if dealer has an allocation?

He has good authority that it's not. He's getting one for sure, said it will be the next two rounds.

Not yet... Waiting til Wednesday before I raise hell with my dealer.. St.louis dealers are being very difficult to deal with.. I truly hope the dealer I went with was being honest with me.. I want my convertible in the spring..

It seem like it is taking a day or two to build. Shipping in a week. When the dealer get the invoice GM has 10 days to get it to them, because the dealer starts getting charge from that date for taxes. Atleast that is what my dealer says.

It's really sounding like it's not the dealers fault, the info from GM had been very poor.

Not true. Your car being shipped is at the mercy of the train yard, having enough Camaro and Cadillacs going your way. Mine was built the week of 11/14, invoiced that week, and my car never left the New Boston train yard til 12/11. Shipping by train can take much different times, based on where you live. I live in MA, only 750 miles from the New Boston train yard. It takes 11 days.
