So If I understand well,
Because of the non automatic pull,
And update only at night,
Dealers have to resubmit the preorder today.
That mean no 1100 to 2000 today,
Only first 2000 tomorrow if resubmit today...

Every dealer has their own "habit"
Some - like me - will place the allocation immediately....

Some will do it - later in the order cycle...

I prefer the term stubborn , over slow or thick headed.....but

just to clarify

If an order was placed a few weeks ago at the dealership that has an allocation, and the event code has been sitting at 1100.......GM will automatically pick it up and move it forward (unless there are constraints)

right?

It's only if the order event code has been at 1000, that the dealer would need to push it today for the order to get pickup and moved forward....right?
