Just got back from a 1200 mile trip through Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas & Missouri. No AC defrost issues. Used the auto AC mode.

What we have here is a instrument panel supplier that doesn't adjust actuators consistently.
GM - how about checking these ip's for mode door operation BEFORE installing them in the car. The units that do not seal mode doors properly should then be returned to the supplier. Asian manufacturers do this, and they usually don't get many more out-of -spec after the supplier gets a huge return. Or, find a new supplier. Let's make great even better! Before upsetting more customers. Before poor visibilty gets someone injured or worse. |
