Personally I like the reverse Mohawk look of the roof without the sunroof! But it's a personal choice that only you can make. Good luck!!

Personal choice it is for sure. Ever since i first owned a car i always wanted a sunroof but never had till a few years back. I love to open it fully in the Spring - Summer weather and the tilt feature works well for my Vaping habits. Also when you tilt the sunroof you can close the curtain/top shutter part for a bit more privacy if you don't want the light coming in but still get some good ventilation. Also most woman (Including my Wife & Kid) love the dam thing LOL!!!

Update- 01-27-2017
Back on track, talked to salesmen yesterday There was an excuse and couple of reasons so now the idea of actually buying the Camaro Fifty is bugging me again.... ----------------------------------- As it seems I might not be getting one. The response from the reseller is not present and if it is one thing I really canīt take - Itīs is salesmen in general that do not really give a f So right now I will not become a Camaro owner. I will be writing a letter to the person in charge at the dealership expressing my disappointment. Was very close to buying one but the lack of interest from salesmen is only getting me depressed. So I reboot and look for something else! Thanks for your replies - I still could not make up my mind though Sunroof or not .) Last edited by mduck; 01-27-2017 at 04:42 AM. |

I used to live in southern Norway (Fredrikstad), and we drove all over Sweden. The beautiful summer with it being daylight until almost midnight is wonderful & if I had the choice, the car I drove would have had a sunroof. I would do it. Scandinavia has so much beauty especially the coastline. I loved my time there. The SS would be a beast of a car compared to everyone else 2.0L motors or less.
I now live in the Pacific NW, so fairly high latitude for the USA. having a sunroof was a must for me & we also get a fair amount of rain. But our late spring & summer are also very nice & we use our sunroof a lot. Never had any leaks in any car I had with a sunroof. But the price you pay for petrol & the hefty taxes you will pay for that V8, wow! Scandinavia pays big taxes for a car like this. |

Unless you are a big sunroof fan and use it frequently, I won't get one in Camaro as you loose all the headroom. I test drove one with sunroof and my hairs were grazing the top.

Maybe not a lot of choices for dealers there, but talk with the General Manager or Sales Manager. Don't let one sales guy who doesn't care throw you off. The Camaro is a wonderful car.
