Ted, would your rough idle blower cam be ok to run in a NA car until such time that forced induction is added. How much would it lose/gain in that NA setup.

I would expect 50 RWHP gain over the stock cam N/A. I am currently at 110 RWHP over the stock cam with boost.

Great to hear. Is there a noticeable lope or chop to that cam? Happen to have any videos of it at idle?

lol I set myself up for that answer.
Let me ask these questions as I know drivability can be effected by modifications, tune & drivetrain 1. how much overlap is in the cam? 2. Fuel lobe increase? 3. Your car with the cam installed A8 or M6 4. Tuning support if purchased through you? 5. dyno graph before / after cam

If you were to bolt on a whipple 2.9 vs 2.3 from maggie or edlebrock and all 3 register 8psi I have no doubt that since the whipple moves more air the HP number would be more. So If I wasn't doing other upgrades I would get a blower that moves more air if I was going all out I would do the agp kit or custom turbo kit from a speed shop that done many of these builds.. but I like the PD blowers driving characteristics the best... my opinion of course.

But at 8 PSI from all the Current blowers we have tested are Very Very Close Peak power almost indiscernible in this application. We see slight differences in the Boost curves which affects the torque curve directly from brand to brand. Since 8 PSI is right in the middle of the efficiency of almost all of the offerings on the market, This is where I get the 8PSI is 8PSI. It is not until you get closer to the limits of the blowers that we start to see where one is better than the other. This is simple a Fit issue, Goal VS Size. If your goal were 15 psi Bigger is Better obviously. Ted.

Ted, on your 700rwhp post, it states that 11.5is the the upper end for 93 pump gas. With that being said, would it be the same on a procharger and is the stock fuel system enough to handle that boost. If so, do you know what the power numbers be on the SS with a procharged 6.2 with 11 or so pounds of boost. Just looking to get pushed past a hellcat.
