You might be able to try the online Chevrolet Chat option as well. I've had them check for me a couple of times. They are there late as well. Like 11 pm.

Unfortunately, I have to wait a week longer. My TPW is 2/13, unless we get in earlier, like you said. From what I've read, once you reach 3300, your TPW is pretty well set, but anything can happen. It's going to be a long month if they don't move me up to an earlier production. Next status change is 3800 Produced!!
