I was wondering if there is any way of knowing which TSBs a dealer may have applied to a car.

Dealers don't apply TSB's, we just fix them. All recalls and TSB should be done prior to delivery. With that being said, PM me your VIN and I'll pull a history for you.

There is nothing other than that and a note of your purchase mileage & date as well as your first service visit and date.

More detail on the TSB-

When a commanded shift occurs outside of the expected transmission turbine speed window limits, the commanded shift monitor requests a driver defaulted 8th gear state. The torque associated with the default action results in broken turbine shaft. The calibration window (based on output speed) for the safety monitor (P16F3) is smaller than the calibration window for the driver initiated TAP downshift speed limit checks.



Repair Description: Reprogram the Transmission Control Module.
