Mine is complete reverse of the question... I just LOVE my wife's 2SS Vert. She gets thumbs up all the time.

My GF's life goal dream car is a yellow camaro with black racing stripes...

gonna hold onto that one!

She told me after a few months of dating when I mentioned maybe getting a Camaro that I wouldve gotten laid so much quicker if I had it when we started dating... lol

She loves it more than the 5th Gen Camaro that I traded it for because the new one has an auto transmission and she is not afraid to drive it. Happy wife. Happy life.

When I was out looking at the dealers inventory, I had my sights on either a hyper blue with the ceramic interior, the nightfall grey, or red hot with the black interior. Found a hyper blue fully equipped & at a price I wanted but the wife didn't like the color & thought the "white" interior wouldn't hold up in the long run.

But she absolutely loved the red hot (so did I), so we went that direction. No regrets at all & really have to have something that the wife approved of also. She's the best thing that ever happened to me.

My wife likes the Camaro better than the G35 coupe I drove for more than ten years. She never cared for that car although I liked it and enjoyed driving it. The Camaro is more comfortable to ride in and more fun to drive for her. And a lot faster. Plus we like putting the top down.

No doubt. My wife loves mine. Her only requirement was I get the automatic so she could drive it too. Needless to say I got the automatic. Don't tell her the real reason I got the automatic was because it was faster.

I've never had a convertible.....But, everyone I know who has one, loves it!
