Anyone running a lightweight battery on their Daily Driver?

I have been reading a bunch about this battery

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002ILK6I...ing=UTF8&psc=1

15 lbs seems fairly stout.... ( stock batteries are 40-45 lbs)

however most of the forums that discuss this are import drivers... wonder if this thing can handle cranking over a 6.2 L V8....

Thoughts?

I've had a bunch of those in different cars.

Been using one in my 02 SS for years. It rarely gets driven and I haven't even had to put a battery tender on it.

Edit: I see you're in Alberta/BC. Not sure how well it'll do up there if it's your winter DD.

I tried that exact one and it doesn't have enough amps to crank it once it is warmed up. I've run this 21 lb. Duracell before winter came and I had zero issues.

That thing has only 170 cold cranking amps. It is not going to like starting in the winter months.
