Slow shipping times from Hooker?

Ordered a axle back about 2 weeks ago and it has not even shipped yet. What gives? Anyone else experience some lag time from them?

haha. No I didnt actually! I read somewhere in a thread some guys were complaining about their LTH taking months to ship with no notice of backorder or anything. I wanted to make sure Holley/Hooker was delivering product in a timely matter now or if people are still experiencing months of lead time. If so, I will cancel my order and wait till its sorted out.

That was me ! F... Hooker... Their customer service stinks. I was promised I would get the stuff I reordered . Two months later still nothing. I really need what I ordered but I can only be so patient..

I would just cancel. Cultrag did something similar with the black taillights but at least the customer service was not bad.

I got my stuff sooner than expected. Many things influence the time it takes from their shop to your door, then again having poor customer service is no bueno

Let me know if you need assistance with ship times etc. I can check in with them and see if there really are any delays or if it's just a lag due to holidays.

I didn't even know they had axle backs for the 6th Gens. Definitely want to hear yours when you get it. I really like their products.

Cancelled the order with summit. They aren't expecting to ship until end of the month or early February. I will reorder at that time when I can actually get it.
