My wife is fairly neutral- she thinks there are pros and cons.
Pros:
-I am happier
-It looks good and sounds good
-Good front seat passenger comfort

Cons:
-It takes away from me spending time with her and my son since I am out driving it and doing autocross
-It isn't very practical for a family car, but I make it work

I think her attitude will change when I buy her a new vehicle this spring.

My wife lives mine. Convertible SS.
I think it brings back some nostalgia - when we met in 1990 I had a one year old red iroc with manual trans as my sports car. Owned 3 cars at the time. Still do really - plus hers and two for college aged kids.
Replaced a vert BMW 328i that she also liked a lot. But she likes the camaro better - more attitude and actually nicer for long road trips.

I had several corvettes and she liked the looks and the car in general but didn't like riding in them - sitting position too low, hard to get in and out - bad visibility. Also didn't like the 996. Liked the Miata but I didn't fit very well and wasn't a very good highway cruiser.
This is probably her favorite of all the sports cars I've owned. Long list. Some she almost never would ride in if at all possible.

My wife loved my 2014 2SS but hated going in it as we are in the UK so drive on the wrong side, so she would be the one closest to oncoming traffic and scare the hell out of her when putting my foot down lol Pickup our new 2017 2ss next week, see if she likes that one!

She doesn't even have to like the car I bought for her to drive.
I drive HER car.....as my hunting vehicle.....if she is not happy with the car I bought her.....she can always have HER car back.

She loves the Camaro compared to the Challenger Hellcat I traded in. It's a much better riding and handling car (obviously), but as she puts it, so much smoother. She was always scared going into corners in the Hellcat because "this thing is big and not like your Corvette was", but she is alot more confident in the Camaro. She loves transformers and it's yellow so that's an easy positive. Also she has just always liked Camaros for their looks.

Now I've always had manual cars and went to the A8 this time and before I bought it I told her she could drive it sometime. Well it's a Callaway and after I got it I changed my mind on that one. Snow/Ice mode doesn't even tame it down enough for me to be comfortable letting her pilot it. Maybe once I get some 1LE wheels/tires on it, it won't be such a squirrely burnout machine and i'll let her drive...once.

My girlfriend hates the camaro lol... She drives this little tuner RSX that she's gone and swapped a k20s into and has two bay turbos sitting in her garage waiting to be built in... And I was being mean to her one day and was like even with that two baby turbos and your 2 liter engine... My stock camaro will still beat you; she did not like that and now everytime we go places in my car she makes it known that she hates my car lol. But prior to locking with this girl the ladies loved my car.

My wife loves my 2SS, she in fact insisted on putting the black rally stripes. I was thinking to keep the rims as silver but she wants them coated black! And the real big one - after having test drove a stingray during our search, she is fully sold out on owning one soon!!

My fiance isnt a car person at all but she likes the car and drove it a few times and loves how fast it is and how nice it looks inside and out.

To be honest, my wife could really care less. She knows it makes me happy and that is all that matters. She is not a "car girl" at all, and is quite content just driving her 2016 Toyota Corolla................. But I did convince her to get the "Sport model", and added a sway bar......

I had a black 2015 ZL1. My wife wasn't too fond of the black. When she saw the press release for the 17 ZL1 this was her comment to me. "I need for you to go out and kiss that black car goodbye. When the 17 ZL1 is available to order, either you are going to the dealership and tell them what color you want, or I am going to the dealership to tell them what color we want. Either way I am going to be riding in one of those cars".

My wife liked my 14 better because she is short and it was easier to drive. That said she will still drive me around in my 17 all weekend so I don't have to drive stick due to my sciatica.

She just does not randomly take the 17 like she did the 14. And she wouldn't let me buy the 14 out from the lease which we should have. She looked good in that car! Yellow suits her over the Blue
