I finally broke down and put mine up for the winter. I wiped it down, filled the tank and added some stabilizer, hooked up the battery tender and locked on my cover. Kind of a sad day many of us on here have already gone through. Thankfully winter came a little later this year so I got to enjoy it for a while. Now it's time to appreciate my Subaru Outback!

Thanks for all the great videos on your Youtube Channel. You seem like a real upstanding kind of guy who I would personally get along with real well. I really hope your Youtube Channel gets plenty more hits and subscribers because I can tell you're being real and not fake like plenty of the other DORKS who have their own channels (sorry, being real).

I've been wanting this accent for a long long time and I've been bugging companies and they keep giving me bullshit excuses "Oh, we need a Camaro first before we can do it!". How about you take your lazy asses over to a dealership and work for your money? Go to a dealership or a Hertz type rental lot that has a Six Gen Camaro so you can make a quick template ....I don't personally know how so I'm relying on companies.

I'm so surprised that companies have not jumped on this design or the other one on the lower area that you did as well. I really want the Headlight Accent that I've seen others do in SoCal. I would totally do it myself but I'm just not good at that type of stuff so I rely on others. Top thanks for the cool video and I can't wait to see the outcome! Please upload a new video with everything installed.

Maybe this will get these bloated excuse bags to get off their butt and actually get it done and sell it at that insane price they prob plan on selling the accents for ....$5000 .... ::rolls eyes::

Anyways thanks again man and keep it real!
x2 great job!

It's tough to get a new toy, just to store it for several months. I picked mine up last week. I got around to washing it, and planned on a full detail on the paint while I was off this last week. Instead my order of supplies got lost and I got sick. So I just put it away until the weather warms, and I will start over. Lol.

Must say I had an "Outstanding" experience with my local dealer. Short story, bought my car an hour north of where I live in Southern Maryland because they had the options I wanted in a 2SS at around $6.5k cheaper then the closer dealers. I took the car back to get one wheel worked on and my 500 mile oil change and they totally F'd away the oil change not realizing it was a 10qt system. When I say they I mean the salesman, service manager, shop manager and kid that did the servicing. None of them had a clue (this was in July). Having a mechanical background and lots of hands on experience with cars and helicopters this left me floored and totally committed to not returning my car there.

Monitoring this site I have seen others issues with dealers and having purchased a set of Goodrich Comp 2 A/S tires I hesitantly had the local dealer do the install. Well, for whatever reason the tire installer marked up all 4 wheels. Not bad at all but a couple of spots on each one. The service manager immediately noted the issue and within 2 days called me to set up an appointment for me to drop the car off. I also asked them to mount my GM splash guards while they had the car. I dropped it off, they pulled the wheels to send them off for repair and 1.5 days later I got the car back, guards installed, car washed, waxed and tires treated. To top it off they didn't charge me for the splash guard install. So despite the ongoing horror stories I would like to think that most of us are finding good to excellent care but we are just not advertising it as much as those that don't do.

So if you are in the Maryland/DC area I highly recommend any of the Winegardner dealerships. The local one is in Leonardtown, MD. A small, really small, old time location with great service.
