Is there any mod that can be done to start car with the valves closed?

My car is really really loud on initial startup, and I'm trying to quiet it down as I leave for work at 4am. Can anything be down without changing the npp exhaust, once the car goes into a closed loop it is nice and quiet, and sounds just like any other car going down the road, which is what I want during start up. I plan to link gen5diy to the thread.

No everyone's car starts with the valves open no matter what mode you have the car in when it is turned off.

Is this something you guys would like to be able to do? If there is enough demand I will build a plug and play module that will do this and not interfere with the normal modes. I could have these ready in about three weeks.

The cost would be $175.00 for a set. I would need 5 pre-orders to commit to it and generate schematic/layout for the PCB.

I'm in , if others show interest I'll send cash. Would you be able to give us a option to have valves closed or open, or is it one or the other? I don't mind it when cold starting leaving work, but feel like a ass at 4 am leaving for work.

The way it would work is when the car starts it would keep the valves closed for X number of seconds then let the normal control take over.

If you no longer have cats the car can be made much tamer on cold start via tuning. I spent a great deal of time addressing this on my personal car (no primary cats, NPP). It no longer has that loud flare on cold starts.

Check back in morning , im am going to post a cold start video in stealth mode before I go wash my car.
