At dealer for trans line replace and mylink problem

At dealer for trans line replace as bolt touched line, also last week mylink screen was stuck on channel 0 for xm but was able to change stations but screen stayed on 0, today on way to dealer when pressing recirculate button all it showed was ac on no bottom line showing dealer saw it so they know said they will check it

Good Afternoon Steve2150,

This certainly isn't what we hope to hear, and we do apologize for any inconvenience. Have you been able to contact our Infotainment Customer Support team regarding your MyLink concern? They're a great resource to assist with troubleshooting, and can be reached at (855) 478-7767 between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm EST, Monday through Saturday.

If we can be of any additional assistance at this time, please send us a private message including your VIN, full contact information, current mileage, and involved dealer. We'd be more than happy to get in contact with them to look into this matter further for you.

All the best,

Angela O.

MyLink fix. Go to trunk. Locate fuse panel under carpet. Press down on all fuses. Magically it works again.
