By the time you buy the Swifts and custom valve them, you can buy a better set. While pricey for a spring/strut/shock, the GM kit is matched, but only one drop setting. I've found that once someone has set their ride height, rarely do they go back and change it. Go too low and you have problems with driveways, problems getting on lifts etc. With the Camaro, I have to screw the posts all the way down, and it's at stock height. My SS, I have to jack up the rear end to get the lift arms under it. My vette, the pads come off completely. So going low does have problems associated with it. |

I'm not sure the GM kit will provide enough drop for me. .7 inches is nothing. |

The BC Custom is about $1500.

I hear a lot of this stuff in the miata world and even in the brz world but it's crazy to hear about this stuff being cost prohibitive when the car cost $40k.

The added cost is for something I don't need smart guy... I don't need three way adjustable shocks. I don't know what world you live in, but I don't like to spend cash on things I don't need. I want the KW v1 set, but it's not out yet, so I'm considering other options.

There are two suspension set ups that I've had that were perfect for me. KW v1 on a 2015 mustang, and Koni yellow/steeda sport springs on a 2013 gt500. Those two actually felt identical as far as handling/balance. I literally never adjusted the Koni dampers though after I found where I wanted them. The big thing for me is how the dampers handle road imperfections. So my options are... Kw v3- I know this set up is what I want but don't need the added adjustability BC- never used them...not sure about the damper/spring balance GM lowering kit- 20mm might not be enough...don't know much about the dampers it comes with. Also...not looking for a stock feel. |

Wow man...real mature. So you think I'm doyal? Honestly I wish I were, because it seems that dude must have put you in your place or
something for you to be so butt hurt and accuse every new member of being him. Not sure what your agenda is, but I'm just trying to mod my car. |
