totally agree, but then you're just another red camaro with black wheels on the road. Especially when prices drop and they start flying of the shelves, dealer in this case, since most come with black wheels already. Thats just the way i look at it. Dont get me wrong though, still a head turner non the less

I have, however, showed my car all summer at many shows, many big shows. It now has been seen by thousands of people. All I ever got was compliments. I told many spectators it was hated by people on this forum. Nobody could understand why. Whenever parked in a line of new Camaros, mine always seemed to be the biggest crowd pleaser. (Glen)
Here's what it looks like. If you can use any ideas off it, I hope it helps.
Yup. Same here. When I posted my car here, I got roasted big time! Almost everyone that saw it HATED it. I agree with you about individuality. I don't want my car looking like just another Camaro. I like pushing the envelope and honestly don't care if people love it or hate it. I, like you go to car meets all the time with my boys @socalheadturners and unlike the criticism I received here from the forums, the general public loved it. Bottom line is, just do your own thing and don't worry about what people think. OP I personally LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how your car looks. Great job man. Here's a few pics of mine. And same here, if you want to use any ideas off mine feel free and hope it helps as well.

I like the yellow and black much better. I'm a red guy but not with stripes unless they are black. Your yellow ride is really low in the rear. Looks awesome.

If you like it, there's nothing wrong with it. I like the passion people have for their cars. This is how new trends and great ideas happen. Think out the box.

My personal taste run toward contrast. I cant believe the red and black Camaro, or the yellow and black Camaro got flamed. I think they are both gorgeous. But for my taste the red on satin red doesn't work, the white strips help but just not in my color palette.

I am not only old, but old school, love the raised white letter tires.

I had a 1970 Dodge Super Bee with L60 15 rear tires with raised white letters. Anybody here even remember the letter designating the tire width??

I think it would look cool to do what I did but make the red stripe white or grey.

this thread is killing me... i don't want to be mean but you asked for opinions.

i don't see how orange and red go together, and those white stripes.... I think you are messing with us.

Lol no worries by all means be honest with me

In my defense, they're matte red stripes, depending how the sun hits, it sometimes looks orange. This was basically an experient, I had no idea how it would turn out but I like it and get compliments all the time so I'm keeping it for a bit
