So, I just saw a video where the Kitty beat the ZL1. Is therefore the ZL1 junk? I mean if it's faster it's got to be better. That should be the only criteria for judging a car's worth.

Can I replace the supercharger with my wife's 1.8L Civic engine (featuring VTEC)? Pretty sure it would help in the top end.

Actually, you would add it to the overall package. That would give you the edge you're looking for.

Ok here is the best on yet. I was at lunch today with some friends that have a 6G 2SS. Well a friend of theirs sends them a text and asked where the switch was for the no lift shift to turn it on. OMG did we have some fun with this guy and he has a new ZL1. We told him all kinds of crap, like the button is to the right of the steering column and it is under the gas peddle. Then proceeded to give him step by step starting with unlocking the door. It was so funny and went on for about 30 minutes.

You had him going. Idiot didn't even know you just tap the trunk button twice.

that's for the A10, and another reason the Auto is better. On the manual, you tap the trunk button three times.

Is it true that Camaros being produced right now are missing left side seats and accessories because the left side of the assembly line has been laid off? If so, do I get a discount on a ZL1?

So you and I don't live far apart....I'm in the Clear Lake area. A neighbor of mine recently bought a 2016 Chevy SS (the Aussi sedan of course). It's even a manual...my kind of guy.

Anyway, he let me drive it and we were talking about the car and got on the fact that it looks so plain. And it's hard to tell the difference between the SS and a Malibu. So he proceeds to tell me that a guy he works with asked him what it was, and of course he said "it's an SS". So the guy asks him "which SS is it, a Cruze SS?"

Anyway, I like this thread. Some great information about the ZL1.
