Also, the blade gap is definitely off. This is one reason I think it should be installed at the factory. I've seen several now where the positioning / gap is not quite where it should be. |

1. You can permanently warp or bend the hood if you don't support it and take your time. 2. GM uses an adhesion promotor on the corners so have some goo-gone or mineral spirits on standby. |

LOVE the ghost 1LE on the hood. What a unique idea. Super clean and low key too!

Best looking 1LE to date. Very clean and classy looking. Love how subtle those ghost badges on the hood are, nice touch.

So how did they do the 1LE ghost logos, what's under the wrap? Thick vinyl 1LE logos? Card stock paper 1LE logos?

Not quite card stock. They were scrap pieces, machine cut after she downloaded a png of the logo. I don't know what type of vinyl but it didn't look to be much thicker than other rolls.

Also, how big of a deal was it removing and replacing the hood vents? I heard just a few screws and tape?

Screws and tape. Remove screws and careful work around the edges to separate vent from hood. I think the tape is more of a sealant to keep water running in. I did not replace the tape when I reinstalled mine. No issues.
