So I put on Avery Satin Black and added some ghost 1LE badges to the hood. Also Emblem Pros has some spot on badges that are fully customizable so I replaced the stock SS emblem on the bumper.

Note: The OEM vinyl contractor uses an adhesion promoter on the edges of the hod wrap. If you decide to take it off/replace it, prepare for a good amount of goo gone to strip it.
Looks good!! Do you have any pictures of the hood with wrap removed? Was the paint in good condition underneath?

Also, the blade gap is definitely off. This is one reason I think it should be installed at the factory. I've seen several now where the positioning / gap is not quite where it should be.

Nice subtle changes, I like that rear emblem a lot. Who did your clear bra?
Sharp Wraps in Carrolton behind 5 star Ford. She's done all the work on the past 3 cars I've had. PM me and I can send you her info or you can google it.

how far did you clear bra? One installer said he won't touch the vinyl hood with expel?
I did the entire front bumper, headlights, door jams, and rockers. I left the hood because I didn't see a need to clear bra over vinyl.

I saw the paint while she was unwrapping it. It seemed to be fine. I will say that I had 2 very large clear drip marks under the hood at the edge of the fire material that eventually popped while they were working on it. It actually cut the vinyl wrapper's finger like a deep paper cut.

Thanks for that info. If someone wanted to unwrap the hood, do you see any issues with doing that?

Most definitely but be mindful of a couple things I mentioned in my original post:

1. You can permanently warp or bend the hood if you don't support it and take your time.

2. GM uses an adhesion promotor on the corners so have some goo-gone or mineral spirits on standby.

LOVE the ghost 1LE on the hood. What a unique idea. Super clean and low key too!

Which size badge did you get for the Rear?

Our first size (SMALL) is .5" tall by approximately 3.25" depending on spacing, and costs $27.99 each

Our second size (MEDIUM) is .66" tall by approximately 4.6" depending on spacing, and costs $32.99 each

Our third size (LARGE) is 1" tall by approximately 7" depending on spacing, and costs $37.99 each

I surfed the forum and found the Medium is an almost perfect match to the OEM SS badge.

Best looking 1LE to date. Very clean and classy looking. Love how subtle those ghost badges on the hood are, nice touch.

So how did they do the 1LE ghost logos, what's under the wrap? Thick vinyl 1LE logos? Card stock paper 1LE logos?

HAHA! Not quite card stock. They were scrap pieces, machine cut after she downloaded a png of the logo. I don't know what type of vinyl but it didn't look to be much thicker than other rolls.

Cool, thanks. My wrap has a few marks in it from shipping, and it looks it will need to be replaced by the dealer. I'll definitely be copying you and having the shop do this too lol.

Although part of me is debating on leaving the wrap off...

Also, how big of a deal was it removing and replacing the hood vents? I heard just a few screws and tape?

Yes. Simple.
Screws and tape.

Remove screws and careful work around the edges to separate vent from hood.
I think the tape is more of a sealant to keep water running in. I did not replace the tape when I reinstalled mine. No issues.
