The Camaro key fob has a key in it (in case your battery dies). Perhaps you can take the physical key out of the key fob, and lock the fob in the car?

This sounds like a super huge stretch to simply create a non-problem.
of course he has his phone, he is bored out of his mind and needs to post something. how about you man up and not worry about a 2 ounce key fob....Mary

Exactly what I was about to type. You have a key, leave the Fob and take the key. You may have to turn off the Anti Lockout function in my-link.

I think you're probably right....

Even they were, expecting them to change the design of a car key fob based on being a distance runner is hilarious.

Really though, theres a bunch of places you could put it. I run all the time with it in my pocket or hand. You could also wear high socks or compression shorts and put it in there. You could also get an arm strap like someone said. This is a pretty ridiculous post.

1st world problems. All my Nike running shorts have a little pocket in the back, near the waistband. Key fob is snug, and I can't tell it's in there. Do your shorts not have that pocket?

I drive by the gym twice a day and never have a problem with the fob. What's all the fuss?

You can try a fanny pack to keep your keys and other stuff.

I honestly say i wish the camaro had the same push button the new mustang has. This one is bland. I like how the mustang's is down low on the dash like a viper. This is a square, plain, grey button

This got to be the stupidest post I've ever read on a forum. Maybe he needs to buy a Nike car, the don't have keys at all.
