I have my bass turned down 3 or 4 and my rear deck rattles, both doors and the left rear side panel. The child seat anchor covers did as well but I stuck some paper under them to stop the annoyance. I have my volume at around half when listening to music.
I wish they would have done a bit better on how tight the panels secure... probably my only complaint about the car other than not having lumbar support

Most of the time the bass doesn't rattle the doors but the rattle is in fact present in mine too. I also have the rear left rattle and a dash creak where the alarm light is. My head unit was also rattling due to excess space at the top. I fixed that one though.

Whatever numbskull thought it was a good idea to make the doors the "subs" should be fired.

There's always gonna be some sort of issue with everything and stressing about it and spending hours trying to fix it isn't helping anything. Be careful with how you go about issues like this with your dealer because they made everything worse for me...
I honestly would never have the dealer try to fix a rattle. They just don't care enough or have enough finesse to not make it worse. If it's something mechanical that needs to be replaced then yes, take it in. It's a plastic on plastic rattle, fix it yourself.

With that said, for car's that can easily push 45-50k this really shouldn't be something we have to do.

Okay so we found my problem and so far it's fixed. Basically what was done to fix it was putting flocking tape around all of the components around the door latch and handle. My dealership spent hours going through this finding everything that could be causing it. The problem is that there is a lot that rattles in the door. Everything from the metal to the the plastic components, and even the access plugs on the door. A combination of flocking tape and sound deadening material was used to fix this. For those worried about weight it's not an issue. I'll be working with the service team to document the fix and post more up when I have their document. Hopefully this will help you when you go in for yours.

Plz continue to update. I have rattles coming from what seems the arm rest or somewhere behind or to the rear of it, not from door handle/latch.

Mine are only due to the speakers, regular driving doesn't cause it luckily.
My buddy's 2010 doesn't have these problems my 98 Volvo doesn't have these problems, even with a system .
Maybe they should have put a sub in-between the rear seats since no one can sit there anyway

This is exactly where mine is at. It's a shame I can't enjoy the Bose system because it rattles at such low volumes if there's any bass at all. I've been considering taking it in to have them fix it.

#1 thing you can try to see if it gets rid of it. Remove the plastic access plugs at the bottom of the door. There are two of them and they are square. Take them out one at a time starting with the one closest to the back of the car. If that fixes the rattle then use flocking tape or dynamat to wrap it with. That should fix it. I cannot stress this enough though. Do not use any flocking tape or dynmat on any moving parts. This is what was done by the dealer to fix mine.

Got pics of square plugs? Don't see them

Open your door and look underneath, there will be a black square plug, tap it with your finger and it will most likely rattle

You pretty much highlighted the area where the sound is coming from in mine. I was about to go crazy last night listening to the damn rattle. Let me know if pulling that square plug resolves the issue.

Someone give this man a cookie! I just went out and placed a piece of masking tape over the plug to keep it from rattling. I also folded a piece of felt over a credit card and slid it in between the door panel and the door where he showed it rattled and the rattle that I have been chasing is gone! I listened to about 5 different bass heavy songs just to make sure. I had already taken my door panel off and dynamatted everything and still had the rattle. It was driving me crazy! Thanks man!!!

On another note, I had a rattle that I thought was coming from the mylink system but I think I narrowed that down to where the gauge cluster meets the shroud over it on the right side. When I pushed up on the shroud and separated the two, the rattle went away. I plan on putting some sort of material in between there to hopefully get rid of it.
